Yes, the call fee applies regardless of outcome. But the fee still covers a professional diagnosis that either saves you a callout or arms the attending electrician with a full fault brief. Either way, you save time and money.
Absolutely not. Our team will never ask you to perform any work that requires a licensed electrician. We only guide you through safe, everyday actions like resetting a circuit breaker or unplugging an appliance.
You divert your after-hours calls to our number. We handle your customers fully. You only hear from us when a physical callout has been confirmed and a full fault brief is ready. There are no fees to you.
We are currently building our network of partner electricians and launching in select areas first. Even if we do not have a local partner in your area, we can still provide phone advice and help you find a suitable electrician for a callout.
At the start of the call we take your name and email address. After the call we send you a secure payment link. Simple, no card details over the phone.
